Anger, Fear, Grief, & Regret come from our subconscious and unconscious minds. I call this the matrix mind because it was everything we learned in childhood and essentially our programming today.  Programming is based on belief systems that we learned in childhood. Blind spots occur within all of us, our shadows, and the collective unconscious human psyche along with which brainwave state we exist in will create more or less presence.

What we put out into the world reflects back to us tenfold. Depending on how you use your energy and around whom you can either feel drained or replenished. You'll find that it is mostly our responses to people, not the people that cause our energy to be drained. If you are at a high vibrational state, yet working from outside/in 

vs. inside/out - this is how draining can occur.

My name is Lauren Bruno, and I worked as a 1:1 Certified Hypnotherapist for 3 years helping spiritual romantics let go of shame, guilt, & physical pain from childhood sexual trauma. (Yes there is a natural way to let go of physical pain!) I was trained in Family Systems and anxiety/ stress. Programming can keep you caring about what others think of you, unconsciously pleasing others to get approval, or keep you with built-up resentments, rage, regrets, that may affect your nervous system.

 

It is my intention that this course helps you choose yourself first so that you can serve others, and be immersed in more passion, love, flow, and action from your most authentic state of character. As well as help your clients, coworkers or friends with these tools, practices, & tips.
